Overview
The viscosity temperature control machine is a device that integrates viscosity measurement and temperature precision control, breaking through the market SHANGFEN body machine combination method. It is composed of a 7-inch Touchscreen host, a small sample adapter, an SC4 rotor and a temperature controller. The sample dosage is only 2 to 16ml. The cylindrical geometry of the SC4 rotor ensures accurate viscosity measurement. The electric control lift is accurately positioned, easy to load and unload, and easy to clean.

Principle
The viscosity measurement system swirls/spins through the SC4 rotor in the sample, combined with a small amount of sample adapter, to achieve viscosity measurement. The sample cartridge is closely connected to the temperature controller, and the temperature inhomogeneity is reduced through the rotor Stir action to achieve fast thermostatic. The system uses stepless speed control to directly reflect the full scale under each rotor to ensure measurement accuracy.

Steps
Connect the power supply and input AC100-240V.
2. Install a small sample adapter and SC4 rotor.
3. Add 2-16ml of sample to the sample cartridge.
4. Set the temperature range and speed through Touchscreen.
5. Start the automatic lifting system for measurement.
6. Select the data storage method (single point, continuous, timed).
7. Use a USB stick to export data (optional).
