Overview
The viscosity temperature control machine is a device that integrates viscosity measurement and temperature precision control, breaking through the limitations of the SHANGFEN body machine in the market. It is composed of a 7-inch Touchscreen host, a small sample adapter, an SC4 rotor and a temperature controller. The sample dosage is only 2-16ml. The cylindrical structure of the SC4 rotor ensures accurate viscosity measurement.
Features
1. Electric control lift, accurate positioning, easy loading and unloading, easy to clean.
2. The small sample cartridge is tightly connected with the thermostat to achieve accurate thermostatic, reduce temperature inhomogeneity, and shorten the thermostatic time.
3. Comes with password protection temperature and viscosity correction coefficient, allowing users to correct themselves.
4. Support continuously variable speed measurement viscosity, directly display the full scale of each rotor, convenient selection of test conditions.
5. Support external U disk data storage, provide single point, continuous, timing three storage methods.
Principle
The viscosity measurement system uses a small sample adapter and SC4 rotor for viscosity measurement, and the sample sleeve is tightly connected to the thermostat for accurate thermostatic. Stir action of the rotor combines a small number of samples to minimize temperature inhomogeneity and improve measurement efficiency and accuracy.
Applications
Viscosity measurement, temperature control
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Install a small sample cartridge and SC4 rotor.
3. Set the speed and temperature parameters through Touchscreen.
4. Start measurement, the system automatically lifts positioning.
5. Select the data storage method (single point, continuous or timed).
6. Use a USB stick to export data (optional).
Notice
• The sample dosage is controlled within the range of 2-16ml.
• Power frequency between AC100-240V.
• Take care to avoid damage when loading and unloading the sample cartridge.
• Check the status of the rotor and temperature control system before use.
Data corrections must be based on reliable and accurate data.
