Overview
The NIRUN NTV-T2L viscosity temperature control machine is a device that integrates viscosity measurement and temperature precision control, breaking through the traditional split machine mode. The system consists of a 7-inch Touchscreen host, a small sample adapter, an SC4 rotor and a temperature controller. It supports shear rate and shear stress display. The sample dosage is only 2-16ml. The SC4 rotor cylindrical structure ensures accurate viscosity measurement, precise positioning of electric lifting, and easy loading, unloading and cleaning. The temperature control adopts semiconductor technology with an accuracy of +/- 0.1 ° C. It supports stepless speed measurement, programming and control of rheological Linear dispersion, U disk data storage and various storage methods.

Principle
The viscosity temperature control all-in-one machine performs viscosity measurement through a small amount of sample adapter and SC4 rotor. The rotor swirls/spins in the sample to generate shear rate and shear stress. The system displays these indicators for accurate measurement. Temperature control is realized by semiconductors and a built-in automatic optimization program to ensure that the sample is thermostatic, reduce temperature inhomogeneity and shorten the thermostatic time. Stir action of the rotor combines a small amount of sample to optimize the temperature distribution and improve measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on; 2. Install a small sample adapter and SC4 rotor; 3. Set the temperature parameters through Touchscreen or DV software; 4. Enter the sample and select the speed or programming mode; 5. Start the measurement, and the system will automatically lift and position; 6. Select the data saving method (single point, continuous or timed); 7. Use the U disk to export the data; 8. After the measurement is completed, remove and clean the sample cartridge.
