Overview
The NIRUN NTV-T2HA viscosity temperature control machine is a Rheometer system that integrates viscosity measurement and temperature precision control. It is composed of a 7-inch Touchscreen host, a small sample adapter, an SC4 rotor and a temperature controller. The sample consumption is only 2-16ml. It supports shear rate and shear stress display, stepless speed measurement, electric lift and U disk data storage. The temperature control accuracy is +/- 0.1 ° C. It is suitable for predicting product behavior and ensuring experimental accuracy.

Principle
The viscosity temperature control machine performs viscosity measurement through the cylindrical sample sleeve of the small sample adapter (SSR) and the SC4 rotor. Stir action of the rotor reduces the temperature inhomogeneity of the sample. The temperature control is realized by the semiconductor and the built-in automatic optimization program, and the precise thermostatic ensures the accurate experimental results. The system can display the shear rate and shear stress, support the continuously variable speed measurement, and accurately locate the sample through the electric lifting system.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and enter AC100-240V; 2. Turn on the host and use the 7-inch Touchscreen to set the parameters; 3. Install a small amount of sample adapter and SC4 rotor; 4. Add 2-16ml sample; 5. Select the speed (0.1-200 rpm) or control through DV software; 6. Start the measurement, and the system will automatically lift and position; 7. Select single point, continuous or regular data storage as needed; 8. Use the U disk to export the data.
