Overview
The NIRUN NTV-T2HB viscosity temperature control machine is a Rheometer system that integrates viscosity measurement and temperature precision control, breaking through the traditional split machine mode. The system consists of a 7-inch Touchscreen host, a small sample adapter (SSR), an SC4 rotor and a temperature controller. It supports shear rate and shear stress display. The sample dosage is only 2-16ml. The electric lift is accurately positioned, and it is easy to load, unload and clean. The temperature control adopts semiconductor technology, with temperature control accuracy of +/- 0.1 ° C. It can be operated through the host or DV software, with high flexibility and accuracy.

Principle
The viscosity temperature control all-in-one machine performs viscosity measurement through a small sample adapter (SSR) cylindrical sample sleeve and SC4 rotor. Stir action of the rotor combines a small amount of sample to reduce temperature inhomogeneity. The temperature control is realized by semiconductor and built-in automatic optimization program. The temperature control accuracy is +/- 0.1 ℃ to ensure experimental accuracy. The system supports continuously variable input speed, which directly reflects the full scale and shear rate under each rotor, and controls the rheological Linear dispersion by programming.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and start the device.
2. Set test parameters such as speed and temperature through Touchscreen.
3. Install a small sample adapter and SC4 rotor, and add 2-16ml of sample.
4. Use the electric lifting system for accurate positioning.
5. Start measurement, the system automatically controls temperature and viscosity;
6. Select the data storage method (single point, continuous or timed);
7. Export data via USB flash drive or use DV software for control and analysis.

Make sure the power input is AC100-240V, 50Hz/60Hz, and the output is DC17V1.2A.
The sample dosage is strictly controlled within the range of 2-16ml.
