The NIRUN NTV-P3LV digital Viscometer is a high-performance viscosity measurement instrument with a 7-inch wide Touchscreen and ARM chip processor for fast data processing and rich display capabilities. The instrument supports multiple viscosity units and measurement modes for a wide range of fluid material viscosity tests.

Principle
The digital Viscometer measures viscosity based on the resistance of the rotor as it swirls/spins in the fluid. The built-in Sensor and ARM processor collect data in real time and combine shear rate and shear stress metrics to calculate for accurate viscosity measurement.

Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on
2. Choose the right rotor and speed
3. Place the sample in the measurement position
4. Set measurement parameters through Touchscreen
5. Start measurement and observe viscosity changes
6. Save data to a USB stick or transfer it through a gigabit network port as needed
7. Clean the rotor and shut down after use
Notice
• Power frequency in 100V-240V range
• Check whether the rotor is intact and nondestructive before measurement
• Avoid running for a long time beyond the measurement range to prevent alarm prompts
• Regularly calibrate with standard fluid to maintain accuracy
• Pay attention to the compatibility of the U disk and the choice of storage method when storing data
• Follow the password protection settings during operation to ensure safe modification of parameters
