Principle
The equipment adopts microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology for temperature and Humidity control. PID adjustment and self-tuning are realized by microprocessor, and heating and cooling are precisely controlled by pulse width adjustment using "zero-crossing" touchless point switching circuit technology. The principle of air circulation is used during heating, so that the air circulation in the box is smooth and the temperature distribution is uniform. Humidity control is realized by external ultrasonic Nebulizer humidification.

Steps
1. Conditions of use: Ambient Temperature 10-30 ℃; No strong corrosion gas, well ventilated, relative humidity below 85%; Power Supply 220V +/- 10%, 50HZ, capacity not less than 1KW, and ensure good grounding.
2. How to use: Before use, place the ultrasonic Nebulizer next to the machine, add water and connect the gasification pipe, and plug its power cord into the three-wire socket behind the right side of the box. Note that humidification will be stopped when the device is heated.
Notice
• The humidifier needs to be filled with water in time, and water should be added once every 1-2 days according to Humidity requirements to prevent damage. When adding water, you need to remove the power plug and operate the water storage tank first.
• If the ground is uneven after the equipment falls to the ground, it should be flat.
Equipment handling should be moved in parallel, with an inclination of less than 45 degrees in either direction.
• When the equipment is in normal operation, the placement of the contents in the box should not affect the air circulation to ensure uniform temperature in the box.
• The liner and equipment surfaces should be wiped frequently to keep them clean.
When not in use for a long time, the power cord should be unplugged and run regularly (usually in the first quarter) for 2-3 days according to the conditions of use to drive away moisture in electrical components.
