Overview
HZLB LH-20 seed aging box is a thermostatic device controlled by microcomputer, specially designed for seed aging test. It adopts stainless steel studio and double door structure, which has the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy, flexible time setting and high space utilization.
Features
1. Microcomputer intelligent temperature control display, PID self-tuning, high temperature control accuracy, with automatic temperature warning and leakage protection functions.
2. Stainless steel studio, double door structure (inner door is tempered Glass), can still maintain thermostatic for a long time after power failure.
3. The shelf can be adjusted freely, and the gap can be adjusted reasonably according to the specifications of the stored items, making full use of the space.
4. Time setting function, which can be programmed for 1-99 time periods.
Principle
Heating power is precisely controlled by the microcomputer Control system using PID self-tuning technology to maintain the temperature at the set value. The equipment runs continuously, the Compressor works intermittently to achieve temperature stability, and has the function of heat preservation after power failure.
Applications
Seed aging test, agricultural research
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Set the required temperature value and time parameters through the microcomputer control panel (1-99 time periods can be set).
3. Place the sample to be processed in the studio and adjust the shelf clearance as needed.
4. Start the running program, the device starts working, and the microcomputer will automatically control the temperature.
5. After running, remove the sample and turn off the power.
Notice
Equipment should be used under Ambient Temperature 0~ 35 ℃ and no corrosion gas.
• Power supply voltage must meet the requirements of 220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz.
• The Compressor has a delay protection time of 3 minutes, do not switch it on and off frequently.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently, so as not to affect the temperature Stability.
• Note that the equipment has a leakage protection function, but it is still necessary to ensure a good grounding.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning and wipe with a soft cloth.
• Do not store flammable, explosive or corrosive items.
• If not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
