Overview
The HZLB LH-80 seed aging box is an 80L thermostatic device with a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system, with PID self-tuning, automatic temperature indication and warning functions. The studio is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a double door structure. The inner door is tempered Glass, which is designed to provide a stable and reliable temperature environment for experiments such as seed aging.

Principle
The device precisely sets and maintains the temperature in the box through a microcomputer controller. The system uses a PID self-tuning algorithm to automatically adjust the Heating power according to Sensor feedback to achieve High Accuracy temperature control. The device is in continuous operation mode, and the Compressor works intermittently according to the temperature demand to ensure that the studio temperature is stable near the set value.

Steps
1. Place the device in a 0~ 35 ° C environment without corrosion gas and connect it to a 220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Set the required temperature program through the microcomputer controller (1-99 time periods can be set).
3. Reasonably adjust the internal shelf and place the sample to be processed.
4. Close the box door and start the device to run.
5. During operation, the real-time temperature can be observed through the controller, and the equipment is equipped with an automatic warning function.

* Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is between 0 and 35 ℃ and there is no corrosion gas.
* Power supply voltage 220V +/- 10%, Frequency 50Hz +/- 1%.
* The Compressor has a 3-minute delay protection, and frequent switching should pay attention to the interval.
* After the equipment is powered off, thanks to good thermal insulation design, the box can still maintain a long-term thermostatic state.
