Overview
The HZLB LH-150A seed aging box is an experimental device used to simulate the accelerated seed aging process. It adopts large-screen LCD program control, Temperature range RT + 5~ 65 ℃, volume is 150L, liner is made of stainless steel. The device supports multi-time programming, has perfect protection functions, and can optionally be equipped with advanced functions such as Humidity control and remote monitoring to meet the needs of scientific research and seed testing.

Principle
The seed aging box simulates natural or accelerated aging conditions by precisely controlling the temperature (and optional Humidity) environment inside the box. The equipment uses a program controller to set and maintain specific temperature Humidity parameters, and the Compressor works intermittently to achieve continuous and stable operation. Its built-in protection system (such as over-temperature protection, Sensor abnormal protection) ensures the safety and reliability of the experimental process, so as to evaluate the vitality and life of the seeds under specific aging conditions.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Set the required temperature (and optional Humidity) parameters through the large-screen LCD controller.
3. Set 1-99 running periods and the duration of each period (1-999 hours) as required.
4. Set safety parameters such as liner protection temperature.
5. After placing the test sample, close the door and start the program.
6. During operation, real-time data and Linear dispersion can be monitored through the screen or optional APP/network functions.
7. After the program is completed, remove the sample and power off the device.
Notice
* The equipment should work in an environment without corrosion gas at 0~ 35 ° C.
* Power supply voltage must be 220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz.
* Compressor has 3 minutes delay protection, do not switch frequently.
Before running, please confirm that the setting parameters are correct, especially the protection temperature.
Pay attention to the heat dissipation of the equipment and leave enough space around.
* If the Humidity function is optional, please ensure that the water supply is normal (if required).
Regularly check the status of the Sensor to ensure it is working properly.
