Overview
The HZLB LH-150B seed aging box is a precision environment simulation device with a volume of 150L, which is mainly used to accelerate the seed aging process to evaluate its vitality and lifespan. The device is controlled by a large-screen LCD program, and the operation is intuitive and precise. It can be equipped with various functions such as Humidity control, plant growth light and remote data monitoring as needed.

Principle
The seed aging box simulates the environmental conditions of accelerating seed aging by precisely controlling the temperature in the box (and optional Humidity). The equipment adopts program control, which can set different environment parameters for multiple periods, so that the seeds can be processed continuously under the set temperature Humidity conditions. The Compressor works intermittently to maintain temperature stability, and has a perfect protection mechanism to ensure operation safety and sample protection.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Through the large-screen LCD control panel, set the required temperature (and optional Humidity) parameters.
3. Set 1-99 running periods and the duration of each period (1-999 hours) as required.
4. Optional setting of liner protection temperature.
5. After confirming that the parameters are set correctly, start the running program.
6. During the operation of the equipment, the operating status, temperature in the box, and remaining time can be monitored in real time through the screen.
7. (Optional function) You can view data remotely through mobile app or networked computer, Linear dispersion and receive alarm information.
8. After the program is completed, the device stops working and the sample is taken out.
Notice
* The equipment should be placed in a working environment of 0~ 35 ° C and no corrosion gas.
* Power supply voltage must be within the range of 220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz.
* The Compressor has a 3-minute delay protection, and frequent switching should pay attention to the interval.
* During operation, do not open the box door frequently to avoid affecting the stability of internal temperature and Humidity.
* If Humidity function is optional, please ensure that the water supply system is normal.
* When troubleshooting, the Sensor fault identification function of the device can be used.
* Optional remote alarm and data functions require network configuration according to instructions.
