Overview
HZLB LH-260B seed aging box is a special equipment for accelerated weathering test of seeds. It adopts large screen LCD program control, Temperature range RT + 5~ 65 ℃, volume is 260L, liner is made of stainless steel, can be set 1-99 time periods for automatic conversion, and has a variety of Safety protection functions.
Features
1. Large-screen LCD program control, one-screen display of multiple sets of data, simple operation, accurate control, with blue backlight.
2. Intuitively display the operation process, set temperature, temperature in the box, remaining time of the operation period, Ambient Temperature and protection temperature.
3. 1-99 time periods can be set, with a time range of 1-999 hours for each time period.
4. The liner protection temperature can be set, and the software and hardware will automatically cut off the heating power when it exceeds the temperature to protect the test sample.

Principle
The seed aging box drives the heating system (and optional humidification system) to work through the program controller to set the required temperature (and optional Humidity) conditions, so that the environment in the box simulates accelerated aging conditions. The Compressor works intermittently to maintain temperature stability, and the built-in Sensor monitors the status of the box in real time. Control system realizes precise adjustment and Safety protection.
Applications
Seed accelerated weathering test and plant growth study
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Set the required temperature (and optional Humidity) parameters through the large-screen LCD controller.
3. Set 1-99 running periods and the duration of each period (1-999 hours) as required.
4. Safety parameters such as liner protection temperature can be set.
5. After placing the sample to be tested, close the door and start the program.
6. During operation, real-time data and Linear dispersion can be monitored through the screen or optional APP.
7. After the program is completed, remove the sample and power off the device.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in 0~ 35 ℃, no corrosion gas working environment.
* Power supply voltage must be 220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz.
* Compressor has 3 minutes delay protection, do not switch frequently.
Please make sure that the box door is closed before running.
* If the Humidity function is optional, please ensure that the water tank has water.
Before performing maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
* If there is an alarm such as Sensor failure, please check it in time.
