Overview
The HZLB LH-300B seed aging box is a 300L volume constant temperature and humidity test equipment, mainly used to simulate the accelerated seed aging process. The equipment adopts large-screen LCD program control, easy and accurate operation, and the liner is made of stainless steel. It has functions such as multi-stage programming, multiple Safety protection and data remote monitoring (optional).

Principle
The seed aging box creates a set constant high temperature and high humidity environment in a closed stainless steel liner through a precise temperature Control system (optional Humidity Control system). The equipment automatically runs according to the preset 1-99 time period program to simulate natural or accelerated aging conditions, so as to evaluate the vitality and storage life of the seeds. The Compressor works intermittently to maintain temperature stability, and has a perfect software and hardware protection mechanism to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Place the device in a 0~ 35 ° C, non-corrosion gas environment, and connect the 220V power supply.
2. Turn on the power and set the required temperature (and optional Humidity) parameters through the large-screen LCD controller.
3. Set 1-99 running periods and the duration of each period (1-999 hours) as required.
4. Set safety parameters such as liner protection temperature.
5. Put in the seed sample to be tested and close the box door.
6. Start the program, and the device starts to run automatically according to the set program.
7. During operation, real-time data and Linear dispersion can be monitored through the screen or optional APP/network functions.
8. After the program is completed, remove the sample and power off the device.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
* Power supply voltage is 220V +/- 22V, Frequency 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz.
* The Compressor has 3 minutes delay protection, and frequent switching should pay attention to the interval time.
* Do not open the door frequently during operation, so as not to affect the stability of the temperature and Humidity in the box.
* If the Humidity function is optional, please pay attention to regular maintenance of the humidification/dehumidification system.
Before cleaning or maintaining equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
* If there is an alarm such as overtemperature, please identify the cause and troubleshoot before using it.
* Optional remote alarm and data functions require network configuration according to the instructions.
