The HZLB LGZD-350B cryogenic light chamber is a smart foster device that uses microcomputer program control to precisely regulate temperature and light. Principle
The incubator precisely sets and automatically adjusts the temperature and light in the box through a microcomputer program controller. The temperature control system monitors the temperature in the box through the Sensor and instructs the Compressor refrigeration or heating elements to operate to achieve the set Temperature range (-15~ 50 ° C) and accuracy (Fluctuation +/- 0.5 ℃~ +/- 1.0 ° C). The lighting system is illuminated vertically from both sides by an adjustable level of Illuminant (0-12000LX, adjustable in four stages) to simulate natural lighting conditions. The program can set different light and temperature combinations to simulate day and night cycles or meet the needs of specific growth stages.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable position in line with the working Ambient Temperature (+ 5~ 30 ℃), and connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Set the required temperature program through the microcomputer control panel (a total of 30 segments can be set, each segment is 1-99 hours) and lighting program (0-12000LX, four-level adjustable).
3. Put the experimental samples into the box and make rational use of the Shelf bracket that can be freely loaded and unloaded.
4. Start the device, and the device will run automatically according to the set program, simulating day and night temperature and light changes.
5. During the experiment, the operation status can be monitored through the observation window and Control system.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device and remove the sample.
7. When cleaning the box, remove the Shelf bracket and wipe the mirror stainless steel liner with a soft cloth.

Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated room with an Ambient Temperature between + 5 and 30 ° C.
• Make sure to use an AC220V 50Hz power supply and ground it reliably.
• When the equipment is running, do not frequently open and close the box door, so as not to affect the Internal Temperature Humidity and Light Stability.
