Overview
The HZLB LRGD-580B cryogenic light chamber is a microcomputer-controlled intelligent artificial climate device that accurately simulates day and night temperature, Humidity and light changes, providing controllable environmental conditions for plant growth, seed germination and other research. It uses Air-Cooled refrigeration technology, Temperature range (-20 ℃ to 50 ℃), and has a four-stage adjustable two-sided vertical lighting system up to 12000LX, suitable for continuous experimental work requiring low temperature, light and Humidity control.

Principle
The incubator regulates the operation of the refrigeration system, humidification system and lighting system according to the preset program or set value through the microcomputer controller. The Compressor drives the refrigeration cycle to achieve precise temperature control, the humidification system maintains the Humidity in the box, and the Illuminant on both sides provides a scalable light to create a temperature, Humidity and light environment in a closed box that meets the experimental requirements.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a working environment that meets the requirements (temperature + 5~ 30 ° C) and connect it to an AC220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Through the microcomputer control panel, set the required temperature, Humidity, Illumrination degree and time program (up to 30 segments).
3. Put the experimental samples into the box and place them reasonably to ensure the uniformity of the environment.
4. Start the device and run the preset program.
5. During the experiment, real-time parameters can be monitored through the panel, and samples can be taken out after operation.
6. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power supply and clean the cabinet liner if necessary.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated place with suitable Ambient Temperature (+ 5~ 30 ℃).
• Please use the specified power supply (AC220V 50Hz) and ensure good grounding.
• When loading samples, do not block the air duct to ensure a uniform environment in the box.
• During operation, do not switch the box door frequently, so as not to affect the accuracy of temperature control and humidity control.
• When cleaning the liner, wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid using corrosion cleaners.
• If the equipment alarms, please check and troubleshoot immediately (such as overheating) to ensure safety before running.
• Optional CO2 systems require professional installation and commissioning.
