The HZLB LRGD-250B cryogenic light chamber is an intelligent Artificial climate box with a volume of 250L. It is controlled by a microcomputer program, which can accurately simulate the temperature, Humidity and light changes of day and night, providing a sufficient and stable environment for plant growth and other research. The equipment adopts Air-Cooled refrigeration technology and brand Compressor to ensure continuous and stable operation for a long time.

Principle
The incubator coordinates the operation of the refrigeration/heating system, the humidification system and the lighting system according to the preset program instructions through the microcomputer Control system. It uses Air-Cooled technology to adjust the temperature and simulate the lighting conditions by controlling the brightness and intensity of the lighting components, thereby creating the temperature, Humidity and lighting environment in the inner cavity of the box that meet the experimental requirements.

Steps
1. Place the device in a working environment of + 5~ 30 ° C and connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door and install or adjust the Shelf bracket as required.
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature, Humidity, Illumrination degree and time program through the microcomputer control panel.
4. After confirming that the parameters are set correctly, start the device and start running.
5. During the experiment, the internal environment can be monitored through the observation window or data recording function.
6. After the experiment, turn off the equipment according to the program, disconnect the power supply, and clean and maintain the box.
Notice
• Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated place with Ambient Temperature + 5~ 30 ° C.
• Please use the specified AC220V 50Hz power supply and ensure good grounding.
• Before running, please confirm that the parameters are set correctly, especially the temperature upper limit alarm value.
• When cleaning the liner, do not use corrosion cleaners to avoid damage to the stainless steel surface.
The equipment is designed to work in a continuous cycle, but it is recommended to stop for inspection after a long period of operation.
• If the CO2 system is optional, install and calibrate according to the relevant instructions.
