Overview
The HZLB LRGD-1500A low temperature light chamber is an intelligent Artificial climate box with a volume of 1500L. It is controlled by a microcomputer program, which can accurately simulate the temperature and Humidity changes during the day and night, and provide a sufficient and stable light environment, suitable for plant growth and other research. The equipment adopts Air-Cooled refrigeration technology, which has a wide Temperature range, stable operation and can work continuously.

1. Microcomputer program controls Temperature, Humidity, Illumrination degree, can simulate day and night changes or provide stable Illuminant.
2. 30-stage programs can be set, each lasting 1-99 hours, to meet the requirements of plant growth parameters at different stages.
3. The brand Compressor is used, and the refrigerant is R134a to ensure the continuous, effective and low energy consumption operation of the equipment for a long time.
4. The liner is made of mirror stainless steel, with four corners and a half arc transition, and the Shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, which is convenient for cleaning in the box.
5. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, overheating is automatically interrupted to ensure experimental safety.
6. Can be equipped with CO2 inlet and imported infrared CO2 Sensor controller to promote plant growth.
Principle
The incubator integrates the Compressor, heater, humidifier and lighting system through a microcomputer Control system. The system precisely adjusts the temperature, Humidity and light intensity and time in the box according to the preset program, simulates the natural environment or sets the conditions, and provides the required growth climate environment for the internal foster. An independent safety alarm system monitors the operating status in real time to ensure process safety.

Steps
1. Place the device in a working environment (temperature + 5~ 30 ° C) that meets the requirements, and connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door and install or adjust the Shelf bracket as required.
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature, Humidity, Illumrination degree and time program through the microcomputer control panel.
4. After confirming that the parameters are set correctly, start the device and start running.
5. During the experiment, the real-time operation status can be observed through the panel.
6. After the experiment, turn off the device according to the program and disconnect the power supply.
7. When cleaning and maintaining the box, the Shelf bracket can be removed for easy cleaning.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in well ventilated, Ambient Temperature + 5~ 30 ℃ working conditions.
• Please use the specified power supply (AC220V 50Hz) and ensure good grounding.
When setting up the program, please pay attention to the reasonable configuration of each parameter and time.
• If the temperature limit alarm is triggered during operation, the equipment will be automatically interrupted, and it needs to be checked and troubleshooted before restarting.
• Do not use corrosion cleaners when cleaning liners.
• If you need to add a CO2 system, please confirm the compatibility of the accessories and install and debug it by professionals.
When the equipment is not in use for a long time, it should be disconnected from the power supply and cleaned and maintained.
