Overview
The HZLB LRGD-450Y Low Temperature Artificial climate box (Cold Illuminant) is an intelligent device controlled by a microcomputer program, which can accurately simulate the temperature and Humidity changes during the day and night, and provide a stable and controllable LED cold Illuminant lighting environment. The device has a volume of 450L and uses a mirror stainless steel liner. It has the ability to work in continuous cycles. It is suitable for scientific research and production fields such as plant fostering and seed germination that require precise environment control.

1. Microcomputer program control Temperature, Humidity, Illumrination degree, can simulate day and night environment changes.
2. 30 programs can be set, each setting time range is 1-99 hours (optional), to meet the requirements of different growth stage parameters.
3. Adopt brand Compressor and environmentally friendly refrigerant (R134a) to ensure long-term stable operation and low energy consumption.

Principle
Controlled by a microcomputer system, the equipment precisely adjusts the Compressor's cooling, heating and humidification systems to achieve the set temperature and Humidity range. At the same time, the overhead LED Cold Illuminant Array provides a stable, uniform and suitable light spectrum environment, simulating the natural light cycle. Horizontal circulating air system ensures that the temperature and Humidity are evenly distributed in all areas of the box, thus creating a controlled and consistent artificial climate environment for the internal foster.

Steps
1. Place the device in a working environment (temperature + 5~ 30 ° C) that meets the requirements, and connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Through the microcomputer control panel, set the required temperature, Humidity and lighting program (up to 30 segments can be set).
3. Install or adjust the height of the adjustable shelf as needed.
4. Put the foster in the box and close the locked box door.
5. Start the device and the system will run automatically, simulating the set climate conditions.
6. The internal situation can be viewed through the observation window, and the recorded data can be downloaded through the computer interface (optional) or U disk during operation.
7. After the experiment, take out the foster and turn off the power of the equipment.
8. Shelf holder can be removed to clean liner when needed.
Notice
Equipment should operate at + 5~ 30 ℃ Ambient Temperature.
Make sure the power supply is AC220V 50Hz.
• Please confirm that each parameter is set correctly before use.
• Pay attention to the maintenance of door locks and observation windows to ensure that their sealing and anti-fog functions are normal.
When cleaning the liner, pay attention to safety and avoid damaging the stainless steel surface.
• Optional functions (such as multi-segment program timing, temperature limit alarm, CO2 control, RS485 interface, specific Color Illuminant) need to be confirmed at the time of purchase.
• When the equipment is running continuously, make sure that the surroundings are well ventilated.
