Overview
HZLB LRGD-1000Y Low Temperature Artificial climate box (Cold Illuminant) is a smart foster device with a volume of 1000L. It uses microcomputer program control to accurately simulate temperature and Humidity changes during the day and night, and provides a sufficient and stable LED cold Illuminant environment, suitable for various experiments and studies that require precise control of growth conditions.
Features
1. Microcomputer program controls Temperature, Humidity, Illumrination degree, can simulate day and night changes or provide stable Illuminant.
2. Multi-stage programs (e.g. 30 stages) can be set, each time range is 1-99 hours (optional), to meet the requirements of different growth stage parameters.
3. Adopt brand Compressor and environmentally friendly refrigerant (R134a) to ensure long-term continuous, effective and low energy consumption operation of the equipment.
4. With anti-fog observation window and door lock, the interior is mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and a half arc transition, Shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, easy to clean.
5. Using overhead LED cold Illuminant, the beam of light does not generate heat, and extracts the Light spectrum that is conducive to plant growth, Illuminant board size 420 * 480mm, Color temperature 4000K.
6. LED Illuminant has the characteristics of miniaturization, planarization and strong designability, which can realize random arrangement of point formation and free combination of multi-color light.
7. LED Illuminant has extremely low energy consumption (about 80% lower than ordinary Illuminant), and the whole machine adopts foam insulation technology to further reduce energy consumption, with a service life of more than 50,000 hours.
8. The light box can be easily replaced and can be used independently as an Illuminant board to achieve a dual-use box.
9. Top-mounted planar lighting ensures uniform absorption of Illuminants by the foster and maintains the conformity of experimental results.

14. It can be equipped with a CO2 inlet and an imported infrared CO2 controller to promote plant growth.
15. Each layer can be equipped with LED Illuminants of different Colors (optional).
Principle
The device integrates the Compressor, humidification system and LED cold Illuminant through a microcomputer control system to achieve precise control of the temperature, Humidity and light in the box. Its horizontal circulating air system ensures uniform air flow in the box, so that the temperature and Humidity of each layer are consistent. LED cold Illuminant provides specific light spectrum without generating additional heat, combined with programmable multi-stage control mode, can simulate or create specific climate environment to meet biological foster needs.
Applications
Plant growth research, seed germination test, tissue fostering, microbial fostering, insect feeding, biological product preservation, environmental adaptability testing and other fields that require precise control of temperature, Humidity and light conditions.

Steps
1. Place the device in a working environment of + 5~ 30 ° C and connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Through the microcomputer control panel, set the required temperature, Humidity and lighting program parameters.
3. Place the items to be fostered on the adjustable shelf and adjust the shelf height as needed.
4. Start the equipment to run, and the equipment will automatically control the climate conditions according to the set program.
5. The internal situation can be viewed through the observation window, and the data can be downloaded through the U disk during operation or after completion (optional function).
6. After use, turn off the power supply and perform internal cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed at the required Ambient Temperature (+ 5~ 30 ℃).
• Make sure to use the specified Power supply voltage (AC 220V 50Hz).
• When cleaning the liner, pay attention to the use of soft fabric to avoid scratching the mirror stainless steel surface.
• If the temperature limit alarm system is selected, it is necessary to regularly check whether its function is normal.
• When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply and do a good job of cleaning and protection.
