Overview
HZLB LRGD-1500Y Low Temperature Artificial climate box (Cold Illuminant) is an intelligent device controlled by a microcomputer program, which can accurately simulate the temperature and Humidity changes during the day and night, and provide a stable and sufficient lighting environment. The device adopts LED cold Illuminant and high-efficiency Compressor, which has the characteristics of low energy consumption, long service life and stable operation. It is suitable for scientific research and experiments that require precise environment control such as plant growth and seed germination.

1. Microcomputer program control Temperature, Humidity, Illumrination degree, can simulate day and night changes.
2. 30 programs can be set, each lasting 1-99 hours (optional), to meet the needs of different growth stages.

Principle
The device precisely sets and adjusts the temperature, Humidity and illuminance in the box through a microcomputer program controller. The Compressor works in conjunction with the refrigeration system to achieve a wide range of temperature control from -15 to 50 ° C. The humidification system controls the Humidity between 50-95% RH. The overhead LED cold Illuminant array provides adjustable light of 0-15000LX, simulating the natural light environment. The horizontal circulating air system ensures uniform temperature and Humidity in all areas of the box. The user can set it through a multi-stage program to simulate complex day and night or phased environment changes, providing stable growth conditions for the foster.

Steps
1. Place the device in a working environment of + 5~ 30 ° C and connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Through the microcomputer control panel, set the required temperature, Humidity and Illumrination degree parameters or prepare multi-stage operation programs.
3. According to the experimental requirements, adjust the height of the adjustable shelf in the box.
4. Put the foster in the box, close the box door and lock it.
5. Start the device to run, and the device will automatically control the environment according to the set program.
6. You can check the internal situation through the observation window. If you need to use the Illuminant independently during operation, you can turn off the temperature control switch.
7. After the experiment, remove the sample and clean the inside of the cabinet.
Notice
Equipment should be placed at the required Ambient Temperature (+ 5~ 30 ℃).
Make sure to use the specified power supply (AC220V 50Hz).
• The equipment door is locked, please lock it after use to ensure the stability and safety of the internal environment.
• When cleaning the liner, remove the Shelf bracket and use a soft cloth to wipe the mirror stainless steel.
• Optional functions (such as multi-stage program timing, temperature limit alarm, data recording and communication, CO2 control, etc.) need to confirm whether the corresponding module has been installed in the equipment.
• The light box is a replaceable design, please be careful when operating.
• If the alarm system starts-up during operation, please check and troubleshoot before using it.
