The IWAVE WF32-4mm color difference tester adopts imported high-quality components to improve measurement Stability and accuracy, and is easy to operate. The instrument is designed with eight types of Illuminants, which expands the application range compared with the common 1-2 Illuminant models in China. The measurement diameter is 4mm, and 8mm and 16mm are optional. The new CIELUV, HunterLAB, sRGB display modes and a variety of Color difference formulas are added, and the measurement is accurate and stable. It is suitable for the detection of various materials and special surface shapes.

Principle
IWAVE WF32-4mm color difference tester uses 8 °/d illumination mode and LED blue light excited illumination Illuminant, and captures the color information of the measured object through the photodiode array Sensor. The instrument automatically performs whiteboard correction, and uses built-in algorithms to calculate various Color difference formulas and Color spaces to achieve fast and accurate color difference measurement.

Steps
1. Automatic correction when turned on: The instrument has a built-in whiteboard, which is automatically corrected after turning on.
2. Select the measurement diameter: choose the diameter of 4mm, 8mm or 16mm according to the surface of the measured object.
3. Positioning measurement: Use the measurement port positioning function to accurately align the measured object.
4. Start measurement: Press the measurement button, the instrument completes the measurement and displays the result within 0.5 seconds.
5. View data: View color difference, Color space and other parameters through the display screen, and store data.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be 0 ℃ -40 ℃, relative humidity below 85%, no condensation.
• Storage Ambient Temperature should be -20 ℃ -50 ℃, relative humidity below 85%, no condensation.
• Avoid contaminating the built-in whiteboard to ensure the accuracy of automatic correction.
• Make sure that the measurement port is close to the surface of the measured object during measurement to prevent light leakage from affecting the data.
• Regularly check the battery level to ensure the number of measurements; Optional Accessories such as powder test kits need to be used correctly.
• The instrument is heavy (700g), pay attention to holding it stable when using it to avoid falling.
