Overview
HZLB LGZD-1500Y cold light chamber (cold Illuminant) is an intelligent foster device controlled by microcomputer program. It can accurately simulate the temperature and light changes during the day and night, providing a sufficient and stable Illuminant environment for plant growth, and is suitable for various experiments and studies that require precise control of growth conditions.
Features
1. Microcomputer program control, LCD liquid crystal display, can simulate day and night temperature changes.
2. 30 programs can be set, each lasting 1-99 hours, to meet the requirements of different growth parameters.
3. Adopt brand Compressor and environmentally friendly refrigerant (R134a) to ensure long-term stable operation and low energy consumption.
4. With anti-fog observation window and lock, liner is mirror stainless steel for easy cleaning.
5. Using the overhead LED Cold Illuminant, the beam of light does not produce heat, extracts the Light spectrum that is conducive to plant growth, and the energy consumption is extremely low.
6. LED Illuminant has a lifespan of more than 50,000 hours, high photoelectric conversion efficiency and fast Response speed.
7. The light box can be easily replaced and can be used independently as an Illuminant board to achieve a dual-use box.

Principle
The incubator integrates the control of the Compressor refrigeration system, heating system and LED Illuminant system through a microcomputer control system to achieve accurate setting and circulation of temperature and light in the box. The horizontal circulating air system ensures uniform temperature in the box, while the overhead LED cold Illuminant array provides stable, uniform and efficient light, simulating the natural light environment and creating ideal growth conditions for the foster.

Steps
1. Place the device in a suitable environment (+ 5~ 30 ° C) and connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Through the microcomputer control panel, set the required temperature, Illumrination degree and program segment (up to 30 segments, each segment is 1-99 hours).
3. Put the foster into the box and adjust the shelf height as needed.
4. Start the device and run the setting program.
5. You can check the internal situation through the observation window, and take out the foster after the operation.
6. Optional function: download data through a U disk or connect to a computer through an RS485 interface for monitoring.
Notice
• Please ensure that the device is working at the specified Ambient Temperature (+ 5~ 30 ℃).
• The equipment door is locked, please manage it properly after use.
• When cleaning the liner, remove the Shelf bracket for cleaning.
• When only lighting control is required, the temperature control switch can be turned off, and the light box can be used as a separate Illuminant board.
• Optional temperature limit alarm system can automatically interrupt operation when the temperature exceeds the limit, enhancing safety.
• Please disconnect the power supply if it is not used for a long time.
