Overview
The HZLB LGZ-1500-LED light chamber (top LED Illuminant) is a 1500L microcomputer program control device used to simulate the light and temperature environment required for plant growth. It uses an overhead flat LED Illuminant and a precise temperature control system, which can be programmed to meet the parameter requirements of different plant growth stages.
Features
1. Microcomputer program control temperature, Illumrination degree, LCD liquid crystal display, can simulate day and night temperature changes.
2. 30 programs can be set, each lasting 1-99 hours, to meet different growth parameters.
3. Use brand Compressor and R134a refrigerant to ensure long-term continuous and low energy consumption operation.
4. With anti-fog observation window and lock, mirror stainless steel liner for easy cleaning.
5. Using cold Illuminant LED, the beam of light does not produce heat, extracting light favorable for plant growth, Illuminant board size 420 * 480mm, Color temperature 4000K.
6. LED Illuminant can be designed, to achieve random arrangement of point formation, multi-color light can be freely combined.
7. LED energy consumption is extremely low, about 80% lower than that of ordinary Illuminant, combined with foam insulation technology to reduce the cost of use, and the free warranty period is extended to two years.
8. Provide stable lighting, with a service life of over 50,000 hours and high photoelectric conversion efficiency.
9. LED Response Time is nanosecond, integrated point array Illuminant to ensure uniform coverage.
10. The light box can be easily replaced and can be used independently as an Illuminant board to achieve a dual-use box.
11. Top-mounted planar illumination ensures that the foster absorbs Illuminants on average and maintains the conformity of the experimental results.
12. Horizontal circulating air ensures uniform temperature across layers.

14. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system (optional) to ensure the safety of the experiment.
15. Parameter changes can be recorded, data can be downloaded through a U disk, and an optional RS485 interface can be connected to computer monitoring (optional).

Principle
The lighting chamber is controlled by a microcomputer program and integrates a temperature Control system and an LED lighting system. The temperature system maintains the set temperature in the box through Compressor cooling and circulating air; the lighting system adopts an overhead LED point array Illuminant to provide stable and uniform adjustable light, simulating the natural light environment to promote plant growth.

Steps
Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, Illumrination degree and program parameters through the microcomputer control panel.
3. Place the foster on the adjustable shelf and adjust the Illuminant height as needed.
4. Start the device and run the setting program.
5. You can view the internal situation through the observation window, and use a U disk or computer interface (optional) to record data.
6. After the experiment, turn off the equipment and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be between 0~ 30 ℃, Humidity should be less than 85% and no corrosion gas.
• Noise ≤ 70dB when the equipment is running, please ensure that the environment is suitable.
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
• Note that the equipment door is locked, please keep it properly after use.
• Shelf holder can be removed when cleaning liner, make sure drying after use.
• Optional temperature limit alarm, data recording, CO2 control and other functions, please follow the specific configuration instructions.
• When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply.
