Overview
The HZLB MJX-260B mildew incubator is a 260L constant temperature and humidity foster device, mainly used for the fostering of microorganisms such as molds. The device is controlled by a large-screen LCD program, and the operation is intuitive and precise. The liner is made of stainless steel, and an optional ultraviolet sterilization system is available.

Principle
The mildew incubator sets the required temperature, Humidity (optional) and time parameters through the program controller. The system controls the heater, Compressor (for cooling) and humidifier (optional) according to the environment data fed back by the Sensor to achieve a constant temperature and humidity environment in the box. Its working mode is continuous operation, and the Compressor works intermittently to maintain the set temperature. The equipment has multiple protection mechanisms to ensure safe and stable operation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Set the required temperature, Humidity (if optional) and time program through the large-screen LCD control panel (1-99 time periods can be set).
3. Confirm the safety parameter settings such as liner protection temperature.
4. Put in the sample to be fostered and close the box door.
5. Start the running program and the device starts working.
6. During operation, real-time data and Linear dispersion can be monitored through the screen or optional APP (if configured).
7. After the program is completed, remove the sample and turn off the power.
Notice
* Power supply voltage of the equipment is 220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz, need to ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
* Do not open and close the box door frequently during operation, so as not to affect the stability of the temperature and Humidity in the box.
* If the humidification function is optional, please check and clean the humidifier water tank regularly to ensure that the water volume is sufficient.
* When using UV sterilization lamp, please avoid looking directly at Illuminant and ventilate properly after sterilization.
The equipment has functions such as over-temperature protection, but users still need to check the operating status regularly to ensure safety.
* When cleaning the liner, please use a soft cloth to wipe and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
* If a fault alarm occurs, please perform failure analysis and elimination according to the control panel prompts or instructions, or contact a professional.
