Overview
The HZLB MJX-260A mildew incubator is a 260L precision foster device with a large screen LCD program control, intuitive and accurate operation. The device is mainly used to provide a constant temperature and Humidity environment for microorganisms such as molds. The liner is made of stainless steel and can be equipped with an optional ultraviolet sterilization system to meet the foster needs in scientific research, testing and other fields.

Principle
The Mildew incubator provides precise temperature and Humidity control of the environment in the box through the built-in heating system, refrigeration Compressor (intermittent operation) and optional humidification system. Its core is managed by a microcomputer program controller, which automatically adjusts and maintains the temperature and Humidity conditions set in the box according to the multi-stage program set by the user, providing a stable environment for microbial foster. At the same time, the UV sterilization system can sterilize the box.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Set the required temperature, Humidity (if optional) and multi-period operation program through the large-screen LCD controller.
3. Confirm the safety parameter settings such as liner protection temperature.
4. Put in the sample to be fostered and close the box door.
5. Start the running program, and the device starts to work according to the set conditions.
6. During operation, real-time data and Linear dispersion can be monitored through the screen or optional APP/network functions.
7. After the program is completed, remove the sample and perform the necessary cleaning and disinfection.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
* Power supply voltage meets the requirements (220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz).
* When setting the liner protection temperature, it should be set reasonably to effectively protect the sample.
* If the humidification function is optional, please pay attention to replenishing the humidifier water tank (capacity 5L) in time.
* When the equipment is running, the Compressor works intermittently, which is a normal phenomenon.
* When cleaning the box or placing samples, please pay attention to personal safety if you need to use UV Lamp sterilization.
* If there is an alarm message such as Sensor failure, please analyze it according to the fault identification function or contact a professional.
* Optional remote warning and data transmission functions need to be configured separately and set network parameters correctly.
