Overview
The HZLB MJX-1000B mildew incubator is a 1000L constant temperature and humidity foster device suitable for fostering microorganisms such as molds. It uses a large-screen LCD program control, which is intuitive and accurate to operate. The liner is made of stainless steel and can be equipped with an optional ultraviolet sterilization system. The device supports multi-time programming operation, with perfect temperature control and multiple Safety protection functions.

Principle
Mildew incubator creates a set temperature and Humidity environment in a closed stainless steel liner through a heating system, a refrigeration Compressor (intermittent operation) and an optional humidification system. The core is precisely regulated by a microcomputer program controller, which monitors parameters such as temperature in the box in real time, and compares with the set value. By controlling the relevant actuators to maintain the stability of the environment to meet the fostering conditions of molds and other organisms.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, Humidity (if optional) and running time program through the large-screen LCD controller.
3. Confirm the safety parameter settings such as liner protection temperature.
4. Start the device, the system starts running and displays real-time parameters.
5. After the operation is completed, or when it needs to be stopped halfway, shut down the equipment according to the procedures.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
* Power supply voltage meets requirements (220V +/- 22V) before use.
* When setting the liner protection temperature, it should be higher than the foster temperature but lower than the safety limit to effectively protect the sample.
* If the humidification function is selected, please pay attention to replenishing the water source for the humidifier water tank (capacity 5L) in time.
* When the equipment is running, the Compressor is in Intermittent Operating Mode, which is a normal phenomenon.
Pay attention to regular maintenance to ensure that components such as the Sensor are working properly.
When cleaning the box or placing samples, if you need to use an ultraviolet sterilization lamp (if optional), please follow the safety operating procedures to avoid direct ultraviolet radiation to the human body.
* If the remote alarm function is optional, please ensure that the network connection is normal and the recipient information is set correctly.
