Overview
The HZLB MJX-450B mildew incubator is a 450L constant temperature and humidity foster device suitable for fostering microorganisms such as molds. It is controlled by a large-screen LCD program, and the operation is intuitive and precise. The liner is made of all stainless steel and has reliable temperature control and protection functions.

Principle
The incubator sets the required temperature, Humidity (optional) and running time parameters through the program controller. The system controls the heating element, Compressor (intermittent operation) and humidifier (optional) to work together according to the environment data fed back by the Sensor to maintain constant foster conditions in the box. The built-in UV Lamp provides sterilization function, and multiple protection mechanisms ensure safe and stable operation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Set the required temperature, Humidity (if optional) and running program (including time period, time, etc.) through the large-screen LCD controller.
3. Confirm the safety parameter settings such as liner protection temperature.
4. Put in the sample to be fostered and close the box door.
5. Start the running program and the device starts working.
6. Monitor the running status and data through the screen or optional APP/network functions.
7. After the program is completed, remove the sample and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
* Power supply voltage meets requirements (220V +/- 10%, 50Hz) before use.
* When setting the liner protection temperature, it should be set within a reasonable safety range.
* Do not switch the door frequently during operation, so as not to affect the stability of the environment in the box.
* If the humidification function is optional, please check and clean the humidifier water tank regularly to ensure that the water is clean.
Before cleaning or maintaining the box, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
* When the UV Lamp is working, please avoid direct vision and take good protection if necessary.
If a fault alarm occurs, please check according to the controller prompt or fault identification function, or contact a professional.
* Optional remote alarm and data functions require network configuration according to instructions.
