HZLB SPX-300B biochemistry cultivating box is a precision thermostatic equipment with a volume of 300L, which is controlled by a large-screen LCD program, and the operation is intuitive and accurate. The box is made of all-liner stainless steel with a Temperature range of 0~ 65 ° C. It is suitable for experiments and production in a constant temperature environment such as microbial fostering and seed germination.

Principle
The biochemistry cultivating box sets the target temperature through the program Control system, and the heating system and Compressor work intermittently to adjust the temperature in the box to achieve continuous operation. The system monitors the temperature in the box in real time, Ambient Temperature and protection temperature, and performs accurate feedback and control through Sensor to ensure uniform and stable temperature in the box.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz).
2. Set the required temperature program through the large-screen LCD control panel (1-99 periods and each running time can be set).
3. Optional and turn on plant growth lamp or sterilizing lamp as needed.
4. Start the device, the system starts running and displays real-time temperature, remaining time, and other parameters.
5. After the operation is over or when it needs to be stopped halfway, shut down the device according to the procedures.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
* The liner protection temperature should be set reasonably to protect the test sample.
* Power supply voltage requirements to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment operation.
* If the remote alarm function is optional, it is necessary to ensure that the network connection is normal in order to receive the alarm information.
* Regularly check the working status of the Sensor to facilitate fault identification and troubleshooting.
