Overview
HZLB SPX-450B biochemistry cultivating box is a precision thermostatic equipment with a volume of 450L. Temperature range is 0-65 ° C. It is suitable for experiments such as microbial fostering and seed germination. The product is controlled by a large-screen LCD program, which is intuitive to operate, and has functions such as multi-period automatic operation, data protection and remote monitoring (optional).

2. 1-99 time periods can be set, and each time period can run for 1-999 hours to achieve automatic conversion.

Principle
The biochemistry cultivating box maintains the constant temperature set in the box by intermittent work between the heating system and the Compressor. The Control system precisely adjusts the Heating power according to the temperature in the box fed back by the Sensor to ensure uniform and stable temperature. The user can set the temperature and time of multiple periods through the program, and the equipment automatically executes it.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Set the required temperature, running time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD control panel.
3. Confirm the safety parameter settings such as liner protection temperature.
4. Start the running program and the device starts working.
5. During operation, the real-time temperature and operating status can be monitored through the screen or optional APP (if configured).
6. After running, remove the sample and turn off the power.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is 220V +/- 22V and Frequency is 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz.
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
* Do not switch the Compressor on and off frequently, the equipment is continuous operation, Compressor intermittent Operating Mode.
* When setting liner protection temperature, it should be higher than Operating temperature to ensure sample safety.
* If the remote function is optional, make sure the network connection is normal.
* When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply and wipe with a soft cloth to avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
