Overview
HZLB 101-0S electric thermostatic blast drying oven is a microcomputer intelligent control thermostatic equipment, with blast circulation function, suitable for drying, heating, thermostatic treatment of items. It adopts stainless steel studio and double door structure, accurate temperature control and convenient operation.
Features
1. Microcomputer intelligent temperature control display, with PID self-tuning, automatic temperature warning, leakage protection, time setting functions, high temperature control accuracy.
2. Adopt wind circulation heating, control the air in the box through a microcomputer, simulate the natural environment, and make the heating more uniform.
3. Stainless steel studio, double door structure, inner door with tempered Glass, easy to observe and keep thermostatic for a long time after power failure.
4. The shelf can be adjusted freely, and the gap can be adjusted reasonably according to the specifications of the stored items, making full use of the space.
Principle
Control system through the microcomputer, the air in the box is heated, and the use of the blast system to circulate hot air, so as to form a uniform and stable temperature environment inside the studio, to achieve thermostatic drying or heat treatment of items.

Seed germination experiment, material drying, sample thermostatic treatment, routine laboratory heating
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Set the required temperature and time through the microcomputer control panel.
3. Place the items to be disposed of on the shelves in the studio.
4. Close the box door and start the device to work.
5. After the work is completed, remove the items and turn off the power.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a non-corrosion gas environment, Ambient Temperature RT + 0~ 35 ℃.
* Power supply voltage is 220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz.
* Do not open the door frequently when the equipment is working, so as not to affect the temperature Stability.
When placing items, do not block the air duct in the box to ensure uniform temperature.
Before cleaning and maintenance, please be sure to disconnect the power supply.
