Overview
HZLB 101-0SB electric thermostatic blast drying oven is a 16L volume laboratory drying equipment with stainless steel liner. It adopts a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system with High Accuracy temperature control ability, suitable for drying, heating and other experimental or production environments that require precise temperature control.

1. Microcomputer intelligent temperature control display, with PID self-tuning, automatic temperature warning, leakage protection, time setting functions, high temperature control accuracy.
2. Adopt wind circulation heating and cooling, control the air in the box through a microcomputer, simulate the natural environment, and make the heating more uniform.
3. Stainless steel studio, double door structure, inner door with tempered Glass, beautiful and easy to observe, can still maintain long thermostatic after power failure.
4. The shelf can be adjusted freely, and the gap can be adjusted reasonably according to the specifications of the stored items, making full use of the space.
Principle
Control system is used to heat or cool the air in the box, and the air circulation system is used to distribute the temperature uniformly in the box to simulate the natural environment. PID self-tuning algorithm is used to precisely control the temperature to achieve the set thermostatic conditions and meet the needs of Sample Handling.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a workplace without corrosion gas, Ambient Temperature RT + 0~ 35 ℃, and connect the 220V power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 300 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through the microcomputer control panel.
3. Adjust the position of the internal shelf freely as required and place the sample to be processed.
4. Close the box door, start the equipment, and the system will automatically perform PID self-tuning and start the heating/cooling cycle.
5. During operation, the inside of the box can be observed through the tempered Glass inner door, and the equipment will automatically warn when it reaches the set time or the temperature is abnormal.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power and remove the sample.
Notice
* Please ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between RT + 0~ 35 ℃, and there is no corrosion gas.
* Power supply voltage must be 220V +/- 22V, Frequency 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz.
* When the equipment is running, do not frequently open and close the box door, so as not to affect the temperature Stability and uniformity.
When placing the sample, do not block the outlet of the air duct to ensure normal air circulation in the box.
* When cleaning the equipment, please disconnect the power supply first and wipe it with a soft cloth to avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
If the equipment malfunctions or malfunctions, please cut off the power supply first and contact a professional for maintenance.
