HZLB 101-2SB electric thermostatic blast drying oven is a drying equipment with intelligent control of microcomputer, with blast circulation function. Its studio is made of stainless steel, equipped with a double door structure, and the inner door is tempered Glass for easy observation. Principle
Control system is used to heat the air in the box, and the blast system is used to circulate the hot air inside the studio to form a uniform temperature field. Stability and accuracy of temperature control are ensured by PID self-tuning function, so as to achieve the purpose of setting temperature and keeping thermostatic.

Seed germination experiment, material drying, workpiece heating, laboratory thermostatic treatment
Steps
1. Place the equipment in a workplace with no corrosion gas and Ambient Temperature at 0~ 35 ° C, and connect it to a 220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door, adjust the shelf position as needed, and close the box door after putting in the items to be processed.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 300 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through the microcomputer control panel.
4. Start the device, the system will automatically perform PID self-tuning and start heating, and enter the thermostatic state after reaching the set temperature.
5. The inside of the box can be observed through the tempered Glass inner door during operation.
6. After the timing is over, the device will automatically stop working, or you can manually turn off the power and remove the items.
Notice
* Equipment working environment should be no corrosion gas, Ambient Temperature is 0~ 35 ℃.
* Power supply voltage must be 220V +/- 22V, Frequency 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz range.
When placing items, do not block the air duct to ensure uniform temperature.
* When the equipment is running, do not switch the door frequently to avoid affecting the thermostatic effect.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
Please pay attention to the Power (2000W) marked on the device to ensure that the power supply line load is sufficient.
