Overview
TL2600A Upright Binocular Biological Microscope adopts a limited distance Optical inspection system, equipped with color difference objective lens and large field of view eyepiece, which has the characteristics of clear imagery and wide field of view. Its streamlined design is ergonomic, easy and comfortable to operate, and can be widely used in biology, industry, agriculture and other fields of science, teaching and scientific research.

Principle
The Microscope is based on a limited-distance Optical inspection system (160mm mechanical tube length). The rays of light are emitted from the external downlighting system, which are converged by the condenser lens and penetrate the sample. The objective lens magnifies the sample to form a primary real image, which is further enlarged by the eyepiece and finally observed by the human eye through the binocular observation head. The coaxial coarse fine-focusing mechanism is used to precisely adjust the distance between the objective lens and the sample to obtain a clear image.

Steps
1. Place the Microscope on a stable table and connect the power supply.
2. Turn on the external LED lighting system.
3. Place the sample on the stage and secure it with a tablet clamp.
4. Turn the converter and screw the low-power objective (e.g. 4X) into the optical path.
5. Make coarse adjustments through the coaxial focus knob to raise the stage to approach the objective.
6. Observe through the eyepiece while slowly lowering the stage (or rising objective) until the sample profile is visible.
7. Use the fine-tuning knob to precisely focus and obtain a clear image.
8. Adjust the binocular pupil distance to unify the binocular field of vision.
9. If you need a higher magnification, you can convert a higher magnification objective lens and use the fine-tuning knob to adjust the focus slightly.
10. After use, turn off the power, turn the objective lens away from the light hole, drop the object stage, remove the sample, and cover it with a dust cover.
Notice
When moving the Microscope, hold the mirror arm with one hand, hold the mirror seat with the other, and handle it with care.
* Optical inspection parts to keep clean, if there is dust, should use a special wiperfor lens gently wipe.
* Do not touch the surface of the Optical inspection lens (eyepiece, objective lens, etc.) directly with your hands.
When converting the objective lens, the converter should be turned, and the animal lens should not be pulled directly.
* When using high-power mirrors (especially 100X oil mirrors), add fragrant tar to the sample, and be sure to wipe the oil stains on the lens with a wiperfor lens dipped in a small amount of detergent (such as Xylene) in time after use.
When focusing, care should be taken to avoid collisions between the objective lens and the slide, especially when using a high-magnification lens. It is recommended to observe from the side, lower the objective lens to a position close to but not in contact with the sample, and then observe from the eyepiece and slowly raise the objective lens (or lower the stage) for focusing.
* The moving range of the stage is limited (75mm x 50mm), so do not use too much force when moving.
The lighting system (LED) may heat up after long-term use, so avoid touching it.
When the instrument is not in use, the power supply should be cut off and a dust cover should be covered.
