Overview
TEELEN TL2600B Upright Trinocular Biological Microscope adopts a limited distance Optical inspection system, equipped with color difference objective lens and large field of view eyepiece, which has the characteristics of clear imagery and wide field of view. Its streamlined design is beautiful, ergonomic, easy and comfortable to operate, and is suitable for teaching and scientific research instruments in biology, industry, agriculture and other fields.
Features
1. Use excellent limited distance Optical inspection system to provide good Optical Properties.
2. Streamlined Design and Soft Color Matching, Beautiful Appearance.
3. Satisfactory design in line with ergonomics, easy and comfortable operation, and wide space.
4. Equipped with large field of view eyepiece and color difference objective lens, the field of view is wide and the imagery is clear.
5. Adopt external 3W LED lighting system for energy saving and environmental protection.
6. Coaxial coarse fine-tuning mechanism with high fine-tuning accuracy (grid value 0.002mm).
Principle
The microscope is based on a limited-distance Optical inspection system (160mm mechanical barrel length) imagery. The ray of light is emitted from the illumination system under the stage, passes through the specimen, and after being converged by the condenser lens, the objective lens (color difference-cancelling objective) performs primary amplification and corrects the color difference to form an inverted real image. The real image is then further enlarged by the eyepiece (large-field eyepiece) through the light path in the lens barrel to form a virtual image for observation. The tri-eye observation head can guide part of the optical path to the photographic interface, which is convenient for connecting the camera device for image recording.
Applications
Biology, industry, agriculture, teaching, research
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Place the Microscope on a smooth countertop, connect the power supply and turn on the lighting (external LED light).
2. Place the specimen slide on the stage and secure it with a clipper.
3. Through the swirl/spin converter, turn the low power objective (such as 4X) into the optical path.
4. Adjust the pupil distance (48mm-75mm) to integrate the binocular field of view.
5. Using the coaxial coarse focus knob, slowly raise the stage or lower the lens barrel until you see a blurred image.
6. Use the fine focus knob for fine focusing to obtain a clear image.
7. If you need a higher magnification, you can switch to a high-power objective lens (such as 10X, 40XS), and refocus with the micro-focus knob.
8. When using an oil mirror (100XS oil), add fragrant tar to the specimen and carefully focus it.
9. After the observation is completed, turn off the power, remove the specimen, turn the objective lens away from the light hole, and clean the oil lens.
10. If photography is required, the camera device can be connected to the C-type interface of the triple head.
Notice
When moving the Microscope, hold the base and mirror arm with both hands and handle it with care.
* Do not touch the Optical inspection lens (eyepiece, objective lens, condenser lens) directly with your hands, and use special lens paper when cleaning.
After using the oil lens, you must immediately use lens paper dipped in a small amount of detergent (such as Xylene) to wipe the cedar oil from the objective lens and specimen.
When focusing, a low-magnification lens should be used first to avoid high-magnification or oil mirrors colliding with the slide and damaging the lens.
When replacing the objective lens, the converter should be turned, and the animal lens should not be pulled directly.
* The luminance of the lighting LED lamp is adjustable, and it is recommended to use a lower luminance for long-term observation to prolong the life.
When the instrument is not in use, the power should be turned off and covered with a dust cover.
* Avoid use and storage in humid, dusty or corrosive gas environments.
