1. Hinged observation head, lens tube tilted 30 degrees, single vision adjustment, pupil distance adjustment range 48~ 75mm.
2. Double-decked mobile mechanical stage, size 135mm * 125mm, movement range 75mm * 35mm, using coaxial gear transmission, comfortable operation.
3. Equipped with high luminance 3W LED lamp, the luminance is adjustable, and halogen lamp lighting is also optional, and the lamp source is easy to replace.
4. Humanized design, the back of the Microscope is equipped with a Portable handle and a power cord hook for easy handling and storage.
5. Adopt a Brightfield Abbe condenser (NA1.25) and can be adjusted up and down. At the same time, a dark field condenser can be selected.
6. Equipped with 10X flat field large field of view eyepiece (field of view diameter < 20mm) and infinite flat field color difference objective lens (4X, 10X, 40X, 100X).
7. Coarse fretting coaxial focusing system, fretting grid value 0.002mm, with locking and limiting device.
Principle
The microscope works based on the principle of Optical inspection amplification. The ray of light emitted by the transmission illumination Illuminant (high luminance LED) passes through the condenser and shines on the sample. The sample information carried by the ray of light is collected by the objective lens (infinity Optical inspection system) and forms a primary magnified real image, which is further transmitted to the eyepiece through the Optical inspection system in the lens barrel. The observer is observed through the binocular lens barrel. The eyepiece re-magnifies the image formed by the objective lens, and finally forms a clear and magnified virtual image. Illumination conditions and observation effects can be optimized by adjusting the condenser, diaphragm and objectives of different magnifications.
Applications
Biology, industry, agriculture, teaching, research
Steps
Turn on the power supply (AC 100~ 240V) and turn on the Illuminant switch.
2. Adjust the binocular tube spacing according to the observer's pupil distance (48~ 75mm), and adjust the monocular visibility.
3. Place the sample slide on the stage and secure it with a specimen holder.
4. Swirl/spin converter, turn the low power objective (such as 4X) into the optical path.
5. By coarse fretting the coaxial focusing knob, first coarse adjustment and then fine adjustment, so that the sample is initially clear.
6, adjust the condenser height and adjust the aperture diaphragm to obtain the appropriate luminance and contrast ratio.
7. If you need a higher magnification, you can switch the swirl/spin converter to a higher magnification objective (such as 10X, 40X), and use the fine-tuning knob to refocus.
8. When using a 100X oil lens, add fragrant tar between the sample and the objective lens, and clean it promptly after observation.
9. After the observation is completed, turn off the Illuminant, unplug the power supply, turn the objective lens to the low magnification state, remove the sample, and cover the Microscope with a dust cover.
Notice
When moving the Microscope, be sure to hold the Portable handle on the back of the console and handle it with care.
When switching objectives, use the swirl/spin converter slowly to avoid collisions between the objective and the stage or sample.
When adjusting the focal length, use the coarse knob first, and then use the fine knob after seeing the blurred image to avoid crushing the slide.
After using the 100X oil lens, you must use special lens paper and detergent (such as Xylene) to wipe the cedar oil on the front lens of the objective lens in time.
* Keep the Optical inspection parts clean, if there is dust, it can be blown off by blowing balloons or gently wiped with special lens paper.
* Non-professionals should not disassemble the Microscope Optical inspection system or mechanical parts by themselves.
* Microscopes should be stored in a drying, clean, non-corrosive gas environment.
Please use a power supply that meets the specifications (AC 100~ 240V).
