Overview
TL2700B trinocular biological Microscope adopts excellent Optical inspection system to provide good Optical Properties and system upgrade space. Its streamlined design and soft color scheme are more aesthetic, ergonomic, easy and comfortable to operate. It can be widely used in biology, industry, agriculture and other fields, and is an ideal instrument for teaching, scientific research and other units.

1. Hinged observation head, lens tube tilted 30 degrees, single vision adjustment, pupil distance adjustment range 48~ 75mm.
2. Double-decked mobile mechanical stage, size 135mm * 125mm, movement range 75mm * 35mm, using coaxial gear transmission, comfortable operation.
3. Equipped with high luminance 3W LED lamp, the luminance is adjustable, and halogen lamp is also optional, and the lamp source is easy to replace.
4. Humanized design, with Portable handle and power cord hook on the back for easy handling and storage.
5. Adopt Brightfield Abbe condenser NA1.25, which can be adjusted up and down, and can be equipped with dark field condenser.
6. Equipped with 10X flat-field wide-field eyepieces, with a field of view diameter of 20mm.
7. Provide infinite flat-field color difference objectives, including 4X, 10X, 40X (spring) and 100X (oil immersion, spring) to meet different observation needs.
Principle
The microscope works based on the principle of Optical inspection amplification. The ray of light emitted by the transmission illumination Illuminant (high luminance LED) passes through the condenser mirror and shines on the sample on the stage. After the ray of light carries the details of the sample, it is primary enlarged through the objective lens to form an inverted real image. The real image is then passed through the Optical inspection system in the lens barrel, and finally is further enlarged at the eyepiece to form a virtual image for the observer to see. The three-eyepiece barrel design allows for simultaneous visual observation and image acquisition by connecting the camera through the C-interface.

Steps
1. Place the microscope on a stable workbench and connect it to the power supply.
2. According to the pupil distance of the observer, adjust the distance between the binocular tubes (48~ 75mm).
3. Swirl/spin coarse micro-motion coaxial focusing handwheel to lower the stage.
4. Place the sample slide on the stage and secure it with a clipper.
5. Turn on the Illuminant (LED) and adjust it to the appropriate luminance through the knob.
6. Through the swirl/spin objective converter, swirl/spin the low-power objective (such as 4X) to the optical path.
7. Slowly raise the stage (or lower the lens barrel) by coarse fretting the focusing handwheel until you see the general outline of the sample, and then use fine-tuning for fine focus.
8. If you need a higher magnification, you can switch to a high-magnification objective (such as 40X, 100X), and use fine-tuning to refocus. When using a 100X oil lens, add balm between the sample and the objective.
9. By adjusting the aperture diaphragm and the upper and lower positions of the condenser, the best lighting effect is achieved.
10. After the observation is completed, turn off the power, lower the stage, remove the sample, clean the objective lens (especially the oil lens), and cover it with a dust cover.
Notice
When moving the Microscope, be sure to hold the Portable handle on the back of the host and handle it with care.
When switching objectives, slow the swirl/spin converter to avoid collisions between the objective and the stage or sample.
When focusing with high-power objectives (especially 40X and 100X), be sure to move slowly to avoid crushing the sample slide.
• After using the 100X oil lens, you must use special lens paper and detergent (such as Xylene) to remove the cedar oil on the objective lens in time.
• Keep the Optical inspection parts clean and avoid touching the lens directly with your hands. If there is any dust, blow it off with a balloon or wipe it lightly with special lens paper.
• When adjusting the luminance, do not adjust the LED Illuminant to the highest luminance for a long time to prolong the life of the Illuminant.
• When not in use, turn off the power and place the Microscope in a drying, clean, dust-free environment with a dust cover.
• The coarse focusing mechanism has an elastic adjustment and locking device. Do not adjust it at will if necessary, so as not to affect the operation feel or cause damage to the parts.
