Overview
JINGHONG DHG-9123A electrothermal (blast) drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of high temperature resistant fans and suitable air ducts to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Adopt new rubber sealing strip, high temperature resistance, long service life and easy to replace.
5. With over-temperature alarm system, the temperature will be automatically interrupted beyond the limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.
6. Optional embedded printer or RS485 Communication interface for easy data recording and connection.
7. Optional programmable LCD touch controller, support multi-stage program control, easy to operate.
8. Optional SMS monitoring and alarm system can be installed to achieve remote fault alarm.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element and is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent thermostat. The built-in hot air circulation system (fan and air duct) allows hot air to circulate forcibly inside the studio, resulting in fast, even heating and thermostatic effects.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect the power supply.
2. Open the box door and put the items to be processed on the shelf in the studio.
3. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
4. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
5. Start the equipment and start the heating operation.
6. During operation, the real-time temperature can be monitored through the display screen.
7. After reaching the set time or completing the work, the device may automatically stop or need to be turned off manually.
8. After the temperature in the box drops to a safe range, open the box door and take out the items.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Do not put flammable, explosive or corrosive items in the box.
• When placing items, do not block the outlet of the air duct to ensure uniform temperature.
• When the equipment is running and just after it is finished, the temperature of the box and interior is very high, do not touch it directly, and wear thermal insulation gloves when picking up and placing items.
• Do not frequently open and close the box door during the operation of the equipment, so as not to affect the temperature Stability and equipment life.
• Before cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power and allow it to chill down completely.
• If the Communication interface or printer is selected, please follow the relevant instructions to connect and operate.
• If the equipment issues an over-temperature alarm, it should be checked and troubleshooted immediately.
• When not in use for a long time, please cut off the power supply.
