JINGHONG DHG-9423A electric thermostatic (blast) drying oven is a equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory outdoor, R & D institutions, etc., mainly used for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating system, and uses a hot air circulation system composed of a fan and an air duct to force the hot air to circulate in the working room to make the temperature in the box uniform. The microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument monitors and adjusts the temperature in real time to ensure accurate temperature control.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
3. Put the items to be disposed of on the shelf in the studio.
4. Start the equipment and start the heating and blast circulation.
5. After the equipment runs to the set time or temperature, it can automatically stop or enter the next program segment (if a program controller is optional).
6. After the work is completed, remove the items and turn off the power.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the inside of the studio to prevent burns.
Do not overheat (over 200 ° C) or overload for a long time.
• When placing items, do not block the outlet of the air duct to ensure Temperature uniformity.
• Regularly check whether the sealing strip is in good condition, and replace it in time if there is aging.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• If the over-temperature alarm or SMS monitoring function is optional, please ensure that it works normally.
• Optional accessories (such as printer, Communication interface, program controller, SMS monitoring) need to be selected according to actual needs, not standard configuration.
