Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system consists of a fan that can operate continuously at high temperature and a suitable air duct to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Adopt a new type of rubber sealing strip, which can operate at high temperature for a long time, has a long service life, and is easy to replace.
5. With over-temperature alarm system, it will automatically interrupt if the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment.
6. Optional embedded printer or RS485 Communication interface, easy to connect the printer or computer.
7. Optional programmable LCD touch controller, multi-stage program control can be set, and a variety of parameters can be displayed on one screen, making operation convenient.
8. Optional SMS monitoring alarm system, equipment failure can be notified by SMS specified members.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through electric heating elements, and the temperature is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The built-in hot air circulation system (fan and air duct) forces the hot air to circulate inside the studio to ensure uniform temperature distribution, thus realizing functions such as thermostatic drying and baking.

Steps
Connect the AC 380V 50Hz power supply.
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 200 ° C) and timing time (0~ 9999min) through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
3. Start the equipment, the heating and hot air circulation system starts to work.
4. During the operation of the equipment, the set temperature and the measured temperature can be monitored in real time through the dual digital display.
5. After reaching the set time or temperature, the device can automatically stop working (depending on the setting).
6. If the programmable controller is selected, it can perform multi-stage Program setting and operation.
Notice
• The equipment has an over-temperature alarm function, which will automatically interrupt if the temperature exceeds the limit, but it is still necessary to pay attention to safe operation.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is AC 380V 50Hz and ensure that the Power matches.
• Do not exceed the maximum shelf capacity of the device (maximum 6 pieces, standard 3 pieces).
• Optional functions (such as printer, Communication interface, programmable controller, SMS alarm) need to be used according to the actual book configuration.
• After long-term high temperature operation, pay attention to the maintenance of the new rubber sealing strip and replace it if necessary.
