JINGHONG DHG-9070A electric thermostatic (blast) drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable.
2. Adopt microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-setting functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. Equipped with hot air circulation system, composed of fans that can operate continuously at high temperature and suitable air ducts to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Adopt a new type of rubber sealing strip, which can operate at high temperature for a long time, has a long service life, and is easy to replace.
5. With over-temperature alarm system, it will automatically interrupt if the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment.
6. Optional embedded printer or RS485 Communication interface, easy to connect the printer or computer.
7. Optional programmable LCD touch controller, multi-stage program control can be set, and a variety of parameters can be displayed on one screen, making operation convenient.
8. Optional SMS monitoring alarm system, equipment failure can be notified by SMS specified members.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element and is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The built-in hot air circulation system (fan and air duct) allows hot air to be forced to circulate inside the studio, ensuring a uniform temperature distribution, thus achieving functions such as thermostatic drying and baking.

Steps
Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Open the box door and place the sample to be processed on the shelf (standard 2 pieces, maximum support 4 pieces).
3. Close the box door and make sure the sealing strip is intact.
4. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 200 ° C) and timing time (0~ 9999 minutes) through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
5. Start the equipment, heating and hot air circulation system to work.
6. During the operation of the equipment, the real-time temperature can be observed through the controller.
7. After reaching the set time or process requirements, the equipment can be automatically stopped or manually shut down, and the sample can be removed after the temperature in the box decreases.
8. (If optional) Data can be printed through an embedded printer, or connected to a computer through an RS485 interface for data recording.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Do not put flammable, explosive or corrosive items in the box.
• When placing the sample, do not block the air duct in the box to ensure uniform temperature.
• When the equipment is running and just after operation, the box and internal temperature are very high, do not touch it, and wear thermal insulation gloves when taking lofting samples.
• Do not disassemble or modify the equipment at will, especially the Safety protection device.
• If the SMS alarm function is optional, please make sure that the receiving mobile phone number is set correctly.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply and allow it to chill down completely.
• If not used for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and store the equipment in a drying place after cleaning.
