Overview
JINGHONG DHG-9036A electric thermostatic (blast) drying oven is a equipment used by industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., mainly used for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system consists of a fan that can operate continuously at high temperature and a suitable air duct to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Adopt a new type of rubber sealing strip, which can operate at high temperature for a long time, has a long service life, and is easy to replace.
5. With over-temperature alarm system, it will automatically interrupt if the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment.
6. Optional embedded printer or RS485 Communication interface, easy to connect the printer or computer.
7. Optional programmable LCD touch controller, multi-stage program control can be set, and a variety of parameters can be displayed on one screen, making operation convenient.
8. Optional SMS monitoring alarm system, equipment failure can be notified by SMS specified members.
Principle
The drying oven precisely controls the heating system through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller to achieve and maintain the set temperature. The internal hot air circulation system (composed of a fan and an air duct) makes the hot air force circulation inside the studio to ensure uniform temperature distribution, thus realizing functions such as thermostatic drying and baking.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
3. Put the items to be disposed of on the shelf in the studio.
4. Start the device and start working.
5. After the work is completed, remove the items and turn off the power.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
When the equipment is running, do not touch the high-temperature surface to prevent burns.
• Do not put flammable and explosive items in the box.
• Pay attention to the status of the over-temperature alarm system to ensure safe operation.
• After long-term high temperature operation, please follow the relevant instructions when replacing the sealing strip.
• Optional functions (such as printer, Communication interface, programmable controller, SMS alarm) need to be used according to the corresponding configuration and instructions.
