Overview
DHG-9076A electric thermostatic drying oven is a drying equipment of JINGHONG brand, which is used for drying, baking, melting wax and sterilizing in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system consists of a fan that can operate continuously at high temperature and a suitable air duct to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Adopt a new type of rubber sealing strip, which can operate at high temperature for a long time, has a long service life and is easy to replace.
5. With over-temperature alarm system, it will automatically interrupt if the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment.
6. Optional embedded printer or RS485 Communication interface, easy to connect the printer or computer.
7. Optional programmable LCD touch controller, multi-stage program control can be set, and a variety of parameters can be displayed on one screen, making operation convenient.
8. Optional SMS monitoring alarm system, equipment failure can be notified by SMS specified members.
Principle
The equipment generates heat through electric heating elements and is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The built-in hot air circulation system (fan and air duct) makes the hot air force circulation inside the studio to ensure uniform temperature distribution, thus realizing functions such as thermostatic drying and baking.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
3. Put the items to be disposed of on the shelf in the studio.
4. Start the equipment and start the heating and blast circulation.
5. After the equipment runs to a set time or temperature, it can automatically stop or alarm.
6. Remove the item and turn off the power.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (AC 220V 50Hz).
• Do not exceed the maximum shelf capacity when placing items, and pay attention to reasonable distribution.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the inside of the studio and high-temperature surfaces to prevent burns.
• Pay attention to whether the over-temperature alarm function is normal to ensure the safety of the experiment.
• After long-term high temperature operation, please follow the operating instructions when replacing the sealing strip.
• Optional functions (such as printer, Communication interface, programmable controller, SMS alarm) need to be installed and used according to the corresponding instructions.
