JINGHONG DHG-9246A electric thermostatic (blast) drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing and other purposes.

1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable.
2. Adopt microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-setting functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of high temperature resistant fans and optimized air ducts to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.

5. With over-temperature alarm system, the temperature will be automatically interrupted beyond the limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating system, and the temperature is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The internal hot air circulation system (high temperature resistant fan and air duct) allows hot air to be forced to circulate inside the studio, thus achieving fast and uniform heating and temperature distribution, meeting process requirements such as thermostatic drying.

Steps
Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect it to the required power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Open the box door, place the items to be processed on the shelf, be careful not to block the air duct, and then close the box door tightly.
3. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch.
4. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller (or optional touch controller).
5. Start the equipment, the heating and blast system starts to work, and the equipment runs according to the set program.
6. During operation, the real-time temperature can be observed through the display panel. If equipped with over-temperature alarm, the system will automatically protect in case of abnormality.
7. After the operation is over (reaching the set time or manually stopping), turn off the heating, and then open the box door to take out the items after the temperature in the box naturally drops to a safe range.
8. After use, turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a dry, flat, well-ventilated indoor use, away from flammable and explosive items.
• Power supply voltage must meet equipment requirements (AC 220V 50Hz) and ensure good grounding.
• The items in the box should not be placed too tightly, and space should be left to ensure the smooth circulation of hot air.
• Prohibit stoving flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion substances.
• The temperature in the box is very high when the equipment is running and just after operation. Do not directly touch the inside of the box and the heating element with your hands. Prevent burns when opening the door to pick up objects.
• If there is an abnormality during operation (such as abnormal odor, smoke, over-temperature alarm, etc.), the power should be cut off immediately to check the cause.
• Be sure to cut off the power supply before cleaning the equipment, and wait for the box to chill down completely. The inside of the studio can be wiped with a dry cloth to avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
• Regularly check the sealing strip, fan and other components to ensure that they are in good condition and effective.
• Optional printer, Communication interface or SMS alarm system, please install and operate according to the instructions of the corresponding optional accessories.
