Overview
JINGHONG DHG-9626A electric thermostatic (blast) drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of high temperature resistant fans and suitable air ducts to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Adopt new rubber sealing strip, high temperature resistance, long life and easy to replace.
5. With over-temperature alarm system, the temperature will be automatically interrupted beyond the limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.
6. Optional embedded printer or RS485 Communication interface, convenient data recording and connection.
7. Optional programmable LCD touch controller, support multi-stage program control, easy to operate.
8. Optional SMS monitoring and alarm system can be installed to achieve remote fault alarm.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating system and is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The built-in hot air circulation system (fan and air duct) makes the hot air force circulation inside the studio to ensure uniform temperature distribution, thus realizing functions such as thermostatic drying and baking.

Steps
Connect the AC 380V power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and timing time (0 to 9999 minutes) through a microcomputer thermostat.
3. Start the equipment, the heating and hot air circulation system starts to work.
4. After the equipment runs to the set time or temperature, it can be stopped or subsequent operations can be performed as required.
5. (If optional) Use the touch controller to edit multi-segment programs or connect external devices through the Communication interface.
Notice
• The device needs to use AC 380V 50Hz power supply, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Do not exceed the rated Temperature range of 300 ℃.
• Pay attention to the status of the over-temperature alarm function to ensure safe operation.
• When placing samples, please pay attention to the shelf load-bearing, the maximum can be configured 6 shelves.
• Regularly check the wearing parts such as sealing strips and replace them if necessary.
• Optional functions (such as printer, Communication interface, touch controller, SMS alarm) should be clear when booking.
• Dimensions of the equipment are large (1020 * 835 * 1790mm), please reserve enough installation and heat dissipation space.
