JINGHONG DHG-9078A electric thermostatic (blast) drying oven is an equipment for drying, baking, melting wax and sterilizing in industrial and mining enterprises, outdoor laboratories and R & D institutions.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system consists of a fan that can operate continuously at high temperature and a suitable air duct to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.

Principle
The equipment precisely controls the heating system through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, so that the studio can reach and maintain the set temperature. At the same time, the hot air circulation system composed of high temperature resistant fans and air ducts forces the air to be in the box for domestic circulation to ensure uniform temperature distribution inside the studio, so as to realize functions such as thermostatic drying and baking.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect the power supply.
2. Open the box door, put in the items to be processed, be careful not to block the air duct, and then close the box door tightly.
3. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
4. Start the equipment and start the heating and blast operation.
5. During the operation of the equipment, the real-time temperature can be observed through the display screen.
6. After reaching the set time or completing the work, the device may automatically stop or need to be turned off manually. After the temperature in the box decreases, open the door to remove the items.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• When placing samples, do not block the air duct in the studio to ensure uniform temperature.
• During the operation or just at the end, the temperature in the box is very high, do not directly touch the liner and sample, and be careful when opening the door to pick up objects.
• Do not dry flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items.
• Pay attention to whether the over-temperature alarm function is normal to ensure safe operation.
• If the communication or printing function is optional, please follow the corresponding instructions to connect and operate.
• Please disconnect the power supply if it is not used for a long time.
• When cleaning and maintaining, please disconnect the power supply first, and wait until the box is completely chilled down.
