JINGHONG DHG-9108A electric thermostatic (blast) drying oven, for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory outdoor, R & D institutions for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing use.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system consists of a fan that can operate continuously at high temperature and a suitable air duct to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Adopt a new type of rubber sealing strip, which can operate at high temperature for a long time, has a long service life, and is easy to replace.
5. With an over-temperature alarm system, it will automatically interrupt if the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
6. Optional embedded printer or RS485 Communication interface, easy to connect the printer or computer.
7. Optional programmable LCD touch controller, multi-stage program control can be set, a variety of parameters are displayed on one screen, easy to operate, and easy to edit programs.
8. Optional SMS monitoring and alarm system, when the equipment fails, the specified member can be notified in time through SMS to ensure timely troubleshooting.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element, which is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The built-in hot air circulation system (fan and air duct) forces the air to circulate inside the studio to distribute the heat evenly, thus realizing functions such as thermostatic drying and baking. When the temperature exceeds the set limit, the over-temperature alarm system will automatically interrupt the heating to ensure safety.
