Overview
JINGHONG DHG-9248A electric thermostatic (blast) drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of high temperature resistant fans and suitable air ducts to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element and is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The built-in hot air circulation system (fan and air duct) allows hot air to be forced to circulate inside the studio to ensure uniform temperature distribution, thus realizing functions such as thermostatic drying and baking.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
3. Put the items to be processed into the studio.
4. Start the equipment and start heating and blast operation.
5. During operation, the real-time temperature can be monitored through the display screen.
6. After reaching the set time or the end of the program, the device stops working and the item is removed.
7. (If optional) You can print data through the printer or connect to the computer through the Communication interface.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz and check that the grounding is good.
• When the equipment is running, the studio temperature is very high, do not touch the inside of the box and the heating element to prevent burns.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box.
• When placing the sample, do not block the air duct outlet and return trend to ensure uniform temperature.
• During the operation of the equipment, if the over-temperature alarm system is triggered, please check and troubleshoot in time.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to cut off the power and allow it to chill down completely.
• Please cut off the power supply if you do not use it for a long time.
• Optional functions (such as printer, Communication interface, programmable controller, SMS alarm) should be operated according to the corresponding instructions.
