JINGHONG DHG-9011A electric thermostatic drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of high temperature resistant fans and optimized air ducts to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Adopt new rubber sealing strip, high temperature resistance, long service life and easy to replace.
5. With over-temperature alarm system, the heating is automatically interrupted when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.
6. Optional embedded printer or RS485 Communication interface, convenient for data recording and computer connection.
7. Optional programmable LCD touch controller, support multi-stage program control, parameter display on one screen, easy to operate.
8. Optional SMS monitoring alarm system, equipment failure can be notified by SMS specified members.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element, and the heating power is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller to achieve and maintain the set temperature. The internal hot air circulation system (high temperature resistant fan and air duct) makes the hot air force circulation inside the studio to ensure uniform temperature distribution, thus achieving thermostatic drying, baking and other effects.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Open the box door, put in the items to be processed, and be careful not to block the air duct.
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the microcomputer thermostat.
4. Start the equipment, and the heating and circulation systems start working.
5. After the equipment runs to the set time or manually stops, wait for it to chill down naturally or remove the items according to the specified procedures.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and perform cleaning and maintenance. (Note: Please refer to the detailed manual of the equipment for specific operation)
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items.
• When placing the sample, do not block the air duct outlet and return trend in the working room to ensure uniform temperature.
• When the equipment is running and just after operation, the internal temperature of the box is very high, do not touch it directly, and use special tools or wear heat-insulating gloves when picking up and placing items.
• If you choose over-temperature alarm and other functions, please ensure that it is in normal working condition.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to cut off the power and wait for it to chill down completely.
• If not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
