JINGHONG DHG-9241A electric thermostatic drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of high temperature resistant fans and optimized air ducts to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Adopt new rubber sealing strip, high temperature resistance, long life and easy to replace.
5. With over-temperature alarm system, the temperature will be automatically interrupted beyond the limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.
6. Optional embedded printer or RS485 Communication interface for easy data recording and connection.
7. Optional programmable LCD touch controller, support multi-stage program control, easy to operate.
8. Optional SMS monitoring and alarm system can be installed to achieve remote fault alarm.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through electric heating elements, and the temperature is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The built-in hot air circulation system (high temperature resistant fan and air duct) makes the hot air force circulation inside the studio, so as to achieve fast and uniform heating and temperature distribution, meeting the process requirements of thermostatic drying.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect the AC 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door, place the items to be handled on the shelf, be careful not to block the air duct.
3. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
4. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 200 ° C) and timing time (0~ 9999 minutes) through a microcomputer thermostat.
5. Start the equipment, the heating system starts to work, and the hot air circulation system runs.
6. During the operation of the equipment, the real-time temperature can be monitored through the display screen.
7. After reaching the set time or completing the work, the device can be automatically stopped or manually shut down.
8. After the temperature in the box drops to a safe range, you can open the box door to take out the items. (If you choose a programmable controller or Communication interface, please refer to its specific instructions for operation steps)
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a stable, drying, well ventilated place, away from flammable and explosive items.
• Please use the specified AC 220V 50Hz power supply and ensure good grounding.
• The items in the box should not be placed too tightly, and space should be left to ensure uniform hot air circulation.
• It is strictly forbidden to dry flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items.
• The temperature in the box is very high when the equipment is running and just after operation. Do not touch the inside of the box and the heating elements. Prevent burns when opening the door to pick up objects.
• If the over-temperature alarm system is triggered, the set parameters and equipment status should be checked before reuse after troubleshooting.
• Always cut off the power before cleaning the equipment until it is completely chilled down.
• Regularly check the integrity of sealing strips, fans and other components.
• Please refer to the manual of the corresponding option for the use of optional functions (such as printer, Communication interface, programmable controller, SMS alarm).
