DHG-9037A electric thermostatic drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory outdoor, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system consists of a fan that can operate continuously at high temperature and a suitable air duct to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Adopt a new type of rubber sealing strip, which can operate at high temperature for a long time, has a long service life, and is easy to replace.
5. With over-temperature alarm system, it will automatically interrupt if the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment.
6. Optional embedded printer or RS485 Communication interface, easy to connect the printer or computer.
7. Optional programmable LCD touch controller, multi-stage program control can be set, a variety of parameters are displayed on one screen, easy to operate, and easy to edit programs.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating system and is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The hot air circulation system (fan and air duct) distributes heat evenly in the working room to ensure temperature conformity. When the temperature exceeds the set limit, the over-temperature alarm system automatically interrupts the heating to ensure safety.
